Service Description
Enrol your children in our comprehensive First Aid Training programme and equip them with the knowledge and confidence to help in an emergency. Our courses are fun, practical and interactive, ensuring the skills taught are relevant, memorable and easy to use when it matters most.

Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy We understand that life with a baby (or bump!) can be unpredictable, so we aim to keep our policy fair and flexible while also respecting our instructors’ time and planning. Bookings: Full payment is required to secure your spot. Spaces are limited to keep the class personal and practical. Cancellations: More than 48 hours’ notice: You may cancel and request a 50% voucher to use toward any future Baby Basics session within 3 months. Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a voucher or refund due to the late notice and limited seating. Need to reschedule? If your baby arrives early or you’re experiencing a pregnancy-related emergency, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate you with kindness and flexibility where we can.
