Cancellation Policy

Junior Medics Booking Policy Thank you for booking your child's spot with Junior Medics. To ensure smooth operations and clarity, please review our booking policy: Payment Terms: Payment for the full term (8 classes) must be made upfront through our secure online booking system to book and confirm your child's place. Attendance: Please ensure your child attends all scheduled classes. Missed classes due to illness or emergencies cannot be refunded; however, we will do our best to provide catch-up material. Cancellations and Refunds: No refunds will be issued after the term has commenced. Class Changes or Cancellations by Junior Medics: In rare cases, Junior Medics may need to cancel or reschedule a class. In such events, you will be notified promptly, and alternative dates or arrangements will be provided. Registration & Indemnity: Parents/guardians must please complete the Registration & Indemnity form per child on initial enrolment into our programme.
