Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy We understand that life with a baby (or bump!) can be unpredictable, so we aim to keep our policy fair and flexible while also respecting our instructors’ time and planning. Bookings: Full payment is required to secure your spot. Spaces are limited to keep the class personal and practical. Cancellations: More than 48 hours’ notice: You may cancel and request a 50% voucher to use toward any future Baby Basics session within 3 months. Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a voucher or refund due to the late notice and limited seating. Need to reschedule? If your baby arrives early or you’re experiencing a pregnancy-related emergency, please contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to accommodate you with kindness and flexibility where we can.
